Journey Dance

Join us for a unique, transformative experience on Saturday, January 27th at 4:30pm for JourneyDance® at The Indigo Door. JourneyDance® is a gently guided free-form barefoot movement class that offers a way to shift and transmute energy and emotions. This is an opportunity to let go using intuitive movement, sound, wild and fun expression, emotional release and visualization. Allow this class to help free your body, mind and soul using soundtracks from inspiring global music for a liberating experience. You may leave class feeling more grounded, empowered, expansive, lighter and peaceful.

Karen Hellman is a certified JourneyDance® Facilitator who was introduced to this work over a decade ago. She intuitively knew she needed it to help her move through deep grief and emotional pain. The experience had a profound and lasting effect on her that years later she was led to train in this transformative work. No dance experience necessary. Wear workout clothes or comfy loose pants and a t-shirt. Bring a water bottle and a small hand towel. Class runs approximately 60-80min.
