Welcome to Level 1 Reiki, an initiation designed for anyone interested in exploring the healing power of energy. In this course, you'll learn to open your energy channels physically, and chakras connecting to the universal life force that flows from the cosmos through your crown to your heart and hands. Emphasizing self-reiki, students are encouraged to practice on themselves, addressing personal obstacles along the way. Additionally, you'll gain insight into the rich history of Reiki.
